This grant has enabled us to cover a very large cost of construction of the volunteer/guest house-sisters residence. The most important part of the construction from foundation up to rim beam has been accomplished using this money.

The most important outcome from this grant is that the Zarmada Giving Funds have allowed Bridge Receiving Center the assurance that as soon as we are licensed and feel our staff and program are ready to go, we will be able to open our doors to the first children who need us, having the necessary funds already in-hand to bridge the gap between our opening and the State’s reimbursement.

Karamoja Classrooms

The 7 classrooms that Zarmada funded will each accommodate 50 children. Compassion International has registered 249 kids with the Rupa Worship Center (where the school is) Compassion is currently meeting with these children on Saturdays only in the church until the classrooms are finished.
